I had a fantastic time with my friends at this hotel! We visited a cool mall nearby and enjoyed a concert in the area. The 24-hour bistro was a lifesaver for late-night snacks, and the room was clean and spacious. Parking was super easy, making everything more convenient.

However, being a bit far from downtown might not suit everyone, so if you're looking for quick access to the city, it could be a downside.

Had an awesome one-night stay with my family in a queen room! The indoor pool and spa made it an extra relaxing trip. Just wish the charging outlets worked better, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

Located conveniently next to a mall and surrounded by a plethora of amenities, it offers easy access for any traveler needing a break from their adventures.

Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite bothersome, mainly due to the hotel's proximity to a busy highway. Soundproofing in the rooms leaves much to be desired, as I could hear distant voices and passing traffic. The dining experience fell flat as well, with the restaurant's service not matching the hotel's upscale vibes, and some common areas seemed to lack adequate restroom facilities during busy events.

This place is really nice! The lobby is super stylish, and check-in was quick. Loved the brunch buffet. the food was top-notch, especially the fresh waffles! The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was clean and big enough to swim laps.

I enjoyed the fantastic pool and spa area every day. The blackout blinds in our room were a game-changer! The food was varied and delicious, making every meal enjoyable. I would stay here again for sure!

The place is across from an awesome mall. Parking is free. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds and good amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there's a nice indoor swimming pool to relax in. Staff are super friendly and check-in was a breeze.

the check-in took longer than expected due to room cleaning , but the pool area was excellent 😊. also, the gym had great equipment and the restaurant served delicious food. very enjoyable stay! 👍

This was just an optimal selection for a city break in Laval with exceptional value. The club lounge had outstanding food offerings, much better than I expected. Make sure to check the lounge hours for an early evening snack.

The hotel’s location near Carrefour Mall made shopping super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I loved the comfortable bed. I haven't slept that well in ages. Our room was clean and had nice amenities, including free Wi-Fi, which was a big plus. When it came to the pool, it was well-kept and we enjoyed unwinding there each day. However, there were some chaotic moments with kids running around during our stay, and that made the elevators and lobby surprisingly noisy at times. Also, a good cleaning of the windows would have enhanced the overall view from our room, as they were quite dirty. The bathroom facilities were great for my needs, especially the adjustable shower head, which was thoughtful for accessibility. I’d definitely consider coming back for the comfort and friendly vibe, but better communication about group bookings could help future stays feel more serene.

I had the most restful sleep ever in the cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The amenities were great with an indoor swimming pool and a spa center that I absolutely loved! Plus, the dining options were on point, especially the delightful breakfast—can't wait to experience it again!
